When something on your account needs attention, this is where you can read what changed and what to do next.
Active
You can browse, post, chat, and make offers normally.
Suspended
Posting, chat, and offers are paused while we review your account. You can still sign in and read existing messages. Suspensions are usually temporary — see the in-app message for the reason and timeline.
Banned
Account access is revoked. We do this only after repeated policy violations or in cases of fraud / safety threats. Bans are reviewable via Appeals.
Appeal a decision
Go to Profile → Appeals → File an appeal. Write what happened in your own words; the trust team reviews appeals within 48 hours. You'll get a notification with the outcome.
Verification helps
Verified accounts (phone + ID + bank) face fewer automated restrictions and recover faster from any flags. Manage from Profile → Verification.
