Listro works because people trust each other. These rules are part of our Terms of Service — breaking them can cost you a listing or your account.
Effective 19 July 2026 · These documents are published in English only. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English text governs.
List honestly
Use your own photos of the actual item. Describe condition, faults and age accurately, put it in the right category, and price it in good faith. No bait listings, no listing items you do not have, and no reposting the same item to game ranking.
Prohibited items
No weapons or ammunition, drugs or controlled substances, tobacco or alcohol, live animals, human remains or bodily fluids, counterfeits or replicas, stolen or recalled goods, hacked accounts or digital credentials, adult content, prescription medicines, or anything else illegal under Indian law.
Treat people decently
No harassment, threats, hate speech targeting any protected group, or sexual advances. No spamming other users, and no pressuring buyers into off-platform payments. Chat is for arranging deals — keep it civil and on topic.
No fraud
Never ask for an OTP, PIN or password — Listro staff will not either. No advance-fee scams, fake payment screenshots, chargeback abuse, shill bidding, or fake reviews and ratings.
Protect privacy
Do not post other people's phone numbers, addresses, identity documents or photos without their consent, and do not share screenshots of private chats publicly.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on severity and history we may de-rank or remove a listing, restrict features, suspend, or permanently ban an account. Fraud and safety breaches usually skip straight to a ban. If you think we got it wrong, appeal from Help → Appeals and a human will review it.
