This policy covers the paid services Listro Tech sells on Listro — listing plans, subscriptions and boosts — and forms part of our Terms of Service. It does not cover items you buy from other users: Listro is not a party to those sales and never receives that money.
Effective 2 October 2026 · These documents are published in English only. Translations may be provided for convenience, but the English text governs.
1. Buying from other users
Payments for items are made directly between buyer and seller. Listro does not collect, hold or refund them. If a deal goes wrong, raise it with the other party first, report them from the listing or chat, and contact the police or your bank for fraud. We will act on the account under our Terms and Community Guidelines.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from Billing in your profile (or in the business workspace for business plans). Cancelling stops the next renewal and cancels the payment mandate with our payment partner; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee. Please cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date so the next charge is not attempted.
3. One-time purchases
One-time plans and boosts start as soon as payment is confirmed and cannot be cancelled after that. If you bought a plan that has not started yet, write to us before it starts and we will refund it in full.
4. When we refund
You will get a full refund if: you were charged but the plan or boost was never activated; you were charged twice for the same purchase; you were charged for a renewal after cancelling it in time; or the service failed because of a fault on our side and we could not fix it. If something we sold you was only partly delivered because of our fault, we refund the unused part.
5. When we do not refund
Benefits already used — a boost that has run, a listing published under a plan, a subscription period already under way — are not refundable, except where the law requires it. Nor are purchases on accounts suspended for breaking our Terms or Community Guidelines. Credits have no cash value and are never refunded or paid out.
6. How to ask for a refund
Within 30 days of the charge, raise a ticket from Help → Talk to support in the Listro app or on the website (listro.in/help/contact) — it is the fastest way to a resolution: the ticket reaches the right team with your account details attached, and you can follow its progress in the app. Or write to [email protected]. Include the phone number on your account, the payment or order reference from your receipt, and what went wrong.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — card, UPI, net banking or wallet — through our payment partner once approved. Your bank may take some additional working days to show it. Where a coupon or credits reduced the price, the refund is the amount you actually paid.
8. Payment disputes
Please raise a ticket from Help → Talk to support in the Listro app or on the website (listro.in/help/contact) before raising a chargeback with your bank — most problems are fixed faster that way. If a chargeback is raised, we may pause the related plan while it is resolved.
